Get Scared Shipless with the team at Effigy Paranormal! 

Effigy Paranormal is hosting overnight ghost hunts at the Civil War Naval Museum beginning Saturday, April 2nd.  Hunts will begin at 8pm and continue until 7am or the last living soul has evacuated, whichever comes first!

As we make our way through the darkness, guests will be allowed to use the team's equipment to take photos via nightvision cameras, readings via EMF detectors and record EVP with digital audio equipment (or are welcome to bring their own!).  After a tour of the museum as a whole, participants will split into smaller groups each headed up by an Effigy Paranormal team member. Guests will wait in the darkness beside the huge hull of the CSS Jackson, the remains of the CSS Chattohoochee on which 19 men were killed during a boiler explosion, inside the USS Hartford and the CSS Albemarle along with other active sites in the museum. 

The team has hand chosen this site due to the presence of paranormal activity both residual and intelligent confirmed by formal investigations conducted at the location.  

Survivors will receive a bag lunch, t-shirt, group photo and certificate, bumper sticker and an exclusive password to download any EVP, photographs and/or video footage captured during their hunt.

Ghost hunts will be conducted quarterly.
